Política de cancelación

1. Booking Process: No payment is required to fill out this booking application. After you have gone through the booking application, you will receive an initial confirmation email. 2. Payment Process: Subsequently, within 24 hours, you will receive an email containing a detailed quote and a secure payment link for the requested services. Upon agreement of quote, the full balance owed is required to secure services for your specified date and time. 3. Booking Fee Deadline: The booking fee must be paid within [3] days of receiving the quote to guarantee the reservation. Failure to pay the booking fee within this period will result in the release of your reserved date. 4. Event Confirmation: Once the full payment is received, you will receive a final confirmation of services for your event. 5. Cancellation Policy: Clients may cancel and receive a FULL REFUND for their booking up to [7] days prior to the scheduled event without incurring any cancellation fees. 6. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event will be subject to 50% of the base rate being non-refundable. 7. Force Majeure Exception: In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other force majeure events, both parties agree to discuss and determine an equitable resolution, which may include rescheduling the event without incurring additional fees. 8. Cancellation Procedure: Clients must notify Refined Revelry of any cancellations in writing as soon as the decision to cancel is made. The cancellation will be considered official once Refined Revelry acknowledges receipt of the cancellation notice. 9. Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule the event up to 7 days prior to the initial scheduled event, subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of 50% of base rate may apply if requested within those 7 days. 10. Changes to Services: Any changes or additions to the services must be communicated and agreed upon at least [3] days before the event date. Additional charges may apply for last-minute changes depending on said changes. Refined Revelry understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I aim to work with my clients to find fair and reasonable solutions.
