The second option is expedited shipping, which usually arrives within 3-5 business days. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the availability of the artwork. We also provide tracking information for all shipments, so you can keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to you.   • Que dois-je faire si je reçois une commande défectueuse de SVNAH.ART ?
    If you receive a defective order, please DM immediately at SVNAH.ART or email s.hedges615@gmail.com with a picture of your order. We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. In most cases, we will replace the defective item or offer a refund. Please note that we may require other documentation of the defect in order to process your request. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

This can include anything from damage to the artwork during shipping to issues with the printing or framing process. At SVNAH.ART, we strive to provide high-quality products and services, but if you receive a defective order, please contact our customer service team immediately so we can work to resolve the issue. We may request photos of the defective product to better understand the issue and determine the best course of action.
